About Me

My initial training was in traditional Swedish massage, after which I went on to work in the Neal’s Yard Remedies (NYR) flagship store in Covent Garden, where I learnt about their products and natural remedies. I went on to study reflexology and on qualifying I started my practice in the NYR graduate clinic. Over time, I have maintained my business, whilst raising three children.

I now incorporate techniques from additional training in deep tissue, pregnancy and Indian Head massage to provide a bespoke treatment for each individual. 

As a member of the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists), it is a requirement that I maintain CPD (Continued Professional Development), which is so important to keep my business fresh and up to date. I attend regular supervision and am always striving to add to my clients experience.
